Meet Your Farmer
Mark and Brooklyn’s story is one of faith, hard work, and the joy of family life on the farm.
Mark grew up on a beef and cash crop farm in southern Ontario, not far from where he and Brooklyn now live. His love for farm life began early, with hands-on experience and the lessons learned from his involvement in 4H. Mark is currently working in construction, but his dream of owning his own farm came true in 2019 when he was able to purchase their land. In 2025, he added cattle to the farm, continuing to build on the vision he has for their future.

In addition to his work and farm life, Mark is passionate about ministering to youth. Every summer, he spends a few weeks guiding and encouraging young people in their faith. Whether he’s at home working, caring for his animals, or mentoring others, Mark’s heart for service and leadership shines through in everything he does.

Brooklyn, a small-town farm girl at heart, was raised as a pastor’s daughter, surrounded by faith and a love for creativity. She developed a passion for making things from a young age, starting with handmade cards and artwork, and later finding joy in sewing and small-batch skincare.

As a stay-at-home mama to three young children, Brooklyn embraces the fulfilling chaos of motherhood. Her days are spent tending the garden, caring for the animals, and homeschooling her children. She believes that every moment, messy or beautiful, is an opportunity to serve her family and honor God.

Brooklyn has a heart for creating simple things to help young children learn and memorize scripture. She loves making these resources available to others, believing that foundational scripture can grow deeply in the hearts of little ones with a little creativity.
Her heart is also to encourage other women in their relationship with Jesus and help them embrace the full and often chaotic life of motherhood. She knows that it's not in her own strength, but in His, that she finds the grace and strength to face each day. She often says, “It’s not in my strength, but in His! He gives the grace and strength I need when I keep Him a priority.”

Together, Mark and Brooklyn are building a life rooted in faith, hard work, and family. Through their farm, their work, and their ministry, they strive to live with purpose, knowing that the most meaningful moments in life often come through the daily grind of raising a family and serving others.
